SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES
Spiral subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
If you previously purchased a Spiral subscription but your access is not appearing correctly, open Spiral and use Restore Purchases.
For billing or refund requests handled by Apple, you may need to contact Apple directly through its purchase-support system.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
If something in Spiral isn’t working correctly, emailing us the following can help us investigate:
• A brief description of what happened
• What you expected to happen
• Your iPhone model and iOS version, if known
• A screenshot, if relevant
Please do not include sensitive personal information or the private contents of your Spirals unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
